What is the future of our past? In the second part of the programme please see the report from the conferences regarding legacy of The Hague Tribunal which were held in Sarajevo and Zagreb. The goal of the conferences was that the participants from the former Yugoslavia discuss regarding achievements of The Hague Tribunal in transitional justice and in dealing with the past. At both conferences, the questions were posed regarding what The Hague Tribunal would leave behind and how to fully use its legacy.
