Justice Report

The August  issue of TV Justice magazine brings an overview of the most important trials held before the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina during July.
History Overshadowed by Trivia II
– how regional and international media reported on the first year of the trial of Radovan Karadzic?

Media in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the region and in the world, have not shown great interest in reporting about the testimonies in the trial of Radovan Karadzic at the Hague Tribunal. This is the conclusion of the analysis done by the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Balkan Investigative Reporting Network.

The publication History Overshadowed by Trivia II, which analyzes the way the print media and news agencies covered the first year of Karadzic's trial, showed that the media were poorly interested in the substance of the trial, but also that comments of journalists were significantly presented in the reports.

Guest of this month's edition of TV Justice is Nerma Jelačić, spokesperson of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.

Find out also what Pale citizens think about the processing of war crimes cases before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
