In the April edition of TV Justice we bring an overview of the most important trials held before the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in March. In the second part of the show you can watch reportage about children who disappeared during the Bosnian war.
The number of children, who went missing in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the war, has still not been precisely determined. Data available to the Research and Documentation Center suggests that more than three thousands of children were killed, most of them in Sarajevo and Eastern Bosnia.
In most cases, children were murdered by grenades and snipers, or taken away and killed together with their parents. While there is still no precise data about the number of persons, whose remains have been exhumed, parents continue searching for more than a thousand of missing children fifteen years since the end of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
