Sarajevo | 11 December 2009 |
A Bosnian man was questioned by police and is likely to face charges for robbing the piggy banks of his friend’s two children, police said Friday.
The 23-year-old man was questioned after his friend identified only by her initials BB reported to the police that she suspected him of stealing between 4 and 5 thousand euros from her kids’ piggy banks, police said in a press release.
Upon the arrest, the man confessed to the crime saying he had been taking the money gradually over a six-month period.
Police said they will report the case to public prosecutors after collecting further evidence.
