The best Macedonia can do now is withdraw from these unbalnced talks with Greece.Macedonia must tell the EU the name issue is no longer on the table for EU membership.Accept Macedonia with its constitutional name or stop the on and off negosiations.

While I am inclined to agree with Peter, I think it is worth sticking at it until the ICJ decision. Should the ICJ rule in favour, then NATO and EU membership should follow (whilst Greece may ignore the ruling the other members may be less inclined to do so). The talks could continue, but given the acheivement of major objectives, would carry little additional value. If the ICJ rules against, then instant withdrawl from negotiations, instant application for UNSC vote on the matter and see if those supporters are really friends or not (which given tht they supported the ICJ application, suggests that they are).
