Albania's Construction Inspectorate, controlled by the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works, demolished partially on Monday evening a newly built hotel in the center of Tirana, owned by a close relative of an opposition deputy. The government says the building was built without a permit, while the municipality headed by opposition leader Edi Rama contests the claim, accusing the government of attacking opposition deputies
