OSLOBODJENJE
Swine flue claimed its third victim in Bosnia, the 39-year-old Mujo Pribisic from Sarajevo. Pribisic died in Sarajevo’s Kosevo Hospital where doctors are still fighting for lives of two more H1N1 patients. Bosnia has so far registered 558 H1N1 patients.

Bosnian striker Edin Dzeko has been included on the list of the world’s 30 best players last year released by French Football magazine. Dzeko took 13th place on the shortlist of 30 players from which 96 football journalists from around the world chose the Footballer of the Year and award him the prestigious Ballon d’Or, or Golden Ball. The annual award was initiated by French Football magazine in 1956. This year it was won by Argentina's Lionel Messi.

Serbian movie director of Bosnian origin Emir Kusturica met Monday in Banja Luka with Bosnian Serb Prime Minister Milorad Dodik to discuss plans to adapt for the screen Ivo Andric’s Nobel Prize awarded novel ‘The Bridge over the Drina.’ Kusturica announced plans to build a stone town in Visegrad, the home of the famous bridge from Andric’s novel, to use it as the set for the movie. Dodik said his government would support the project. The village will be reminiscent of Wooden Town which Kusturica had built in Serbia, on the slopes of Mokra Gora.
