Bucharest | 24 November 2009 |Romania ranks eighth in an EU member states statistics addressing the time citizens spend to find employment after losing a job. The average time for a Romanian to find a new job is 9.7 months, in contrast with the European average which reads 11.9 months.

Romanian pharmacists will be on a go-slow strike for two days starting today in protest that they have not received money from health insurance authorities for the medicines sold in the last five months, and are asking the
Government to find solutions.

Two thousands people will loose their jobs following the decision by local retail chain PIC which has filed for bankruptcy. The company's sales fell 30 per cent on the year so far in 2009.




Radovan Karadzic, Sarajevo is not your city, and you have no right to say that it is, just as you do not have the right to say in public, even if it’s in court, that someone has dug up bones around Bosnia and brought them to Srebrenica to make a fake graveyard. This is insulting.
