The ruling VMRO DPMNE party says the Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski’s memo that has been circulating the party urging its members to prepare for one last battle against the ‘’politicians of the past’’, does not refer to plans to call early elections.
UTRINSKI VESNIK
The swine flu has taken the first casualty in Macedonia. A 32 years-old male died yesterday at the Skopje Infectious Disease Clinic from lung complications. He was admitted at the clinic in a serious condition, the daily reports.
VREME
The journalist and editor of the weekly trivia magazine Krema, Zoran Vasilevski was attacked on Tuesday by two unidentified persons wearing masks. He was struck with a metal pole in the head after stepping out of his car on his way home, the daily says.
