EC official Jacques Barrot said that Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia have fulfilled all the requirements for the abolition of visas to the Schengen group of countries, adding that he will advise EU interior and justice ministers, who will meet 30 November, to abolish visa requirements for nationals of the three countries.

Serbia's Civil Aviation Directorate has called low cost airlines Ryanair and Wizzair to a meeting so that they can get to know the Serbian market better. Katarina Andric-Milosavljevic from the Directorate's media service said that a total of five serious high-quality airlines, which offer flights at low prices, have been invited to the meeting.

Around half a million people are expected to attend the funeral of Patriarch Pavle. The memorial service, which is scheduled to begin around 11am, will be performed by Bishop Amfilohije and ecumenical patriarch Bartholomew.
