40% of Croatia's Estate Agents May Have Closed

Citing the daily Vecernji list reporting from a "Real-Estate Forum" that was held last weekend in Vodice near Sibenik it said numerous agents have been forced out of business, so much so, that the Croatia's chamber of commerce had considered postponing the event.
Real-estate business association head Dubravko Ranilovic said around 500 companies were involved in real-estate two years ago but that number had fallen to 300 businesses that are directly or indirectly involved in the property market.




The issue of national identity is taken seriously by Balkan people – including the least serious among them.
