KOHA DITORE
“All voters that have valid documents, passports or identification cards, can vote, and this particularly applies for all communities, meanwhile Serb communities can vote with Serb passports,” said Pieter Feith, International Civilian Representative.
EXPRESS
During a visit in a Serb family in Lipjan, Kosovo premier Hashim Thaci and US ambassador in Kosovo, Christopher Dell have again encouraged the Serb community in Kosovo to vote. Oliver Ivanovic, state secretary in the Serbian Ministry for Kosovo and Metohija, has threatened Serbs with annulment of salaries if they vote on November 15.

The coalition of non-governmental organisations “Democracy in Action” has claimed that state resources are used during the election campaign and have complained about the lack of information on the elections.

Representatives of the Israeli company “Saatchi & Saatchi”, whom the Kosovo government has paid 5.7 million euro for an international advertising campaign, have denied they have copied the “Orange” mobile phone network advertisements.
