Sixty one per cent of Kosovo Albanians and 74 per cent of other communities believe that EU rule-of-law mission, EULEX, can help decrease corruption in Kosovo. Only 37 per cent of Albanians believe they will live better in the future. Those are the results commissioned by the International Civilian Office from an internal research that that has not yet been published.
