The International Civilian Representative in Kosovo, Pieter Feith, has said the appointment of a team to create a new Serb-majority municipality in the divided city of Mitrovica could herald a 'new beginning'.

If the government fails to send positive signals to the international representatives that it is willing to solve the ongoing name spat with Greece by 7 December, the Macedonian Albanians with or without the Macedonians will enter NATO and EU, Rafiz Aliti, the high ranking member of the Junior ruling party, the ethnic Albanian Democratic Union for Integration, DUI told media on Monday.
