The political talks at Butmir camp have hit a snag and ended earlier than expected on Tuesday afternoon, with most local leaders rejecting the proposed package. The talks will continue on Wednesday morning.

Oliver Knezovic, a prime suspect in the recent murder of a FC Sarajevo football fan, surrendered himself to the authorities in Zagreb on Tuesday afternoon. Knezovic is sought in connection with the murder of 24-year-old Vedran Puljic, who was shot dead during an October 4 clash between FC Sarajevo fans and local residents and police in the southern Bosnia-Herzogovinan town of Siroki Brijeg.
GLAS SRPSKE
Bosnian Serb officials says that package proposed at the Butmir talks is unacceptable even as a basis for negotiations. Republika Srpska Premier Milorad Dodik said that differences between local leaders were even greater than before.
NEZAVISNE NOVINE
The newspaper carried details of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's visit to Belgrade, including his meetings with Serbian President Boris Tadic and Dodik. Medvedev announced that Russia wuld extend a one billion dollar loan to aid in the revival of Serbia's economy.




Radovan Karadzic, Sarajevo is not your city, and you have no right to say that it is, just as you do not have the right to say in public, even if it’s in court, that someone has dug up bones around Bosnia and brought them to Srebrenica to make a fake graveyard. This is insulting.
