State Audits's report on Putevi Srbije. Dulic to travel to Canada. Fule: No additional conditions for accession talks date.

The public enterprise Putevi Srbije spent some 300 million euro contrary to law, the report by the State Auditor reads. The company's Director Zoran Drobnjak has been cited as the most responsible. The irregularities specified concern deals worth tens or even hundreds of millions of dinars.

Oliver Dulic, former Serbian Minister for Environment and Spatial Planning, who is suspected of illgeally issuing permits for optic cables, has taken his diplomatic passport and is supposed to move to Canada.

European Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fuele said that the European Commission was neutral in regard to Kosovo's status and that no additional conditions had been placed on Serbia gaining a date for the start of European Union accession talks.
