Every Serbias indebt for 825 euro average. Dacic on march riots. Unpunished crime can be repeated, official warns.

Every Serbian national has an average debt of 825 eurom which is approximately two average pays. This amount represents total debts to banks and unpaid bills for electricity and other communal services the total of which exceeds 5.8 billion euro.

Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic said that nine years after anti-Serb violence in Kosovo, perpetrators have not been punished, properties have not been rebuilt and Serbs cannot return.

Aleksandar Vulin, Head of Office for Kosovo, said that an unpunished crime threatened to repeat itself. “Albanian violence against Serbs in Kosovo is the last pogrom of a nation in Europe, and even after nine years those who ordered and organized this crime have not been discovered,” he pointed out.
To keep its reform policy credible for investors, the government must find common ground with the IMF and look for a new arrangement, experts say.
