Deficit in republican budget in 2013 might reach 210 billion dinars instead of projected 122 billions, the Fiscal Council warned. The Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic claims that the Council has made a wrong calculation. However, the first man of that institution Pavle Petrovic replies Dinkic that he is closing his eyes to reality.

President Tomislav Nikolic said after the talks with EU foriegn policy chief late on Monday that Pristina had "relented" on the issue of powers to be given to an association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo.
