Serbian movie director Emir Kusturica has denied claims that he had seeked Russian citizenship as French actor Gerard Depardieu did recently.

Chances that Brussels and Pristina accept Belgrade’s proposal that institutions of the Serbs in Kosovo get executive competences are slim. The invitation to Serbian leadership to come to Brussels is interpreted as an initiative to re-start stopped negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina.
