The Assembly of the Serbian Orthodox Church, SPC, is scheduled to be held on May 15. The assembly is expected to have a long agenda. Significant changes of power within the Assembly have occurred and are reflected in considerable weakening of the so-called Bosnian lobby. That might further lead to raising a question of sending some of the bishops into retirement.

Partizan fan leader Milos Radisavljevic aka Kimi, who was arrested in Macedonia yesterday, was extradited to Serbia during the night.

VECERNJE NOVOSTI

Only 17 religious communities are registered in Serbia whereas 60 operate. According to the 2006 law, all religious communities are obliged to register.
