The presidents of three voting sections in southern ROmania were charged by the prosecutors with fraud during the July 29 referendum

FINANTISTII
The national currency has continously strengthened against the euro following President Traian Basescu return to office after a 52-day suspension.

CAPITAL
Bucharest will re-direct all the money it will cash in this year from selling it telecom licenses to agriculture and to helping our farmers whose crops were affected by drought.
