Papillon has reopened its doors after the fire which gutted the restaurant last year.
The venue has now emerged from its cocoon as, its name in French suggests, a beautiful butterfly.
Now a modern Bistro bar, Papillon offers a comfortable, fresh and quiet environment.
The metal chairs and an urban interior give it a feel unlike any other café in Pristina.
For those who are nostalgic for the old place, an installation of the old chairs has been created in the corner.
Papillon has expanded its lunch menu since its re-launch and has included a dinner menu adding pasta, pizza, steaks and fish.
Behind the long bar, you can pick up many famous international wines such as Barollo, Amarone, Primitivo, as well as the Kosovo varieties.
Food prices range from 2 to 5 euro.
In two high-profile war crimes trials currently ongoing in Pristina, a series of witnesses have retracted previous statements alleging abuse at Kosovo Liberation Army detention centres.
