Vladimir Kavaric, minister of economy, told yesterday in an interview for Vijesti that Government still doesn't have a concrete offer from the new investor for taking over Podgorica Aluminum Plant, KAP, that it doesn't support closing down of the factory and that KAP has a future only if the processing facilities start working.
