MANS revealed serious abuses of the electoral roll in the face of October 14 election. Big changes in the Government expected. Retired police officer sued state and police because of emotional pain.
In the electoral roll, the ID number or the ID card number is not stated for 1,282 persons, while 290 voters can vote at the two polls in the same time. This confirms that there are manipulations with the electoral register with the aim of influencing the electoral result, Vanja Calovic says.
