State Audit Institution concluded that the Ministry of Labour and Social Care, headed by Suad Numanovic, inappropriately spent certain amount of money from the last year's state budget. Its justification and records of the expenditures wasn't in line with the law, and the public procurement procedures weren't transparent and economical.
