Carl Bildt, Swedish foreign minister, will elaborate today his negative opinion about opening of the accession negotiations with Montenegro in front of his colleagues from other 26 EU member states. Despite that, sources in Brussels think that Montenegro's chances to open the EU talks are good. France doesn't oppose the start of negotiations any more, but it has requested additional guarantees with regard to the Montenegro's fulfilling of the conditions, Vijesti has learned from anonymous sources.
