Plan for conditional NATO invitation on the table, Low interest for government help during homes purchase

A plan for a name solution with Greece in several steps is on the table, the daily says citing unnamed Macedonian diplomats. If the plan works it would mean getting an invitation for Macedonia to join NATO at the alliance’s summit in May and obligation for the country to accept a composite name with a geographic qualifier in one year period. If not Greece would retain its right not to ratify Macedonia’s NATO accession.

The interest is lower than expected for the government project aimed at easing people to buy their own homes. The government has decided to postpone the deadline for applying. The project envisages state subsidiaries for people with average income if they apply in banks for house credits.
