Krajisnik Begins Process for Early Release Request

Momcilo Krajisnik, the war time speaker of the Republika Srpska Assembly and a wartime member of the Republika Srpska presidency, could be set free before the end of his sentence if the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, ICTY, agrees to a request for early release.
