Pristina

TRIBUNA
Atisaari plus will start by increasing the number of Serbian reserved seats in the parliament, the daily writes. According to Tribuna, five more seats will be given do Serbian lawmakers in the framework of electoral reforms.

KOHA DITORE
EU Special Representative to Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar, doesn’t expect a long-term solution out of the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade. “The dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia continues and its main purpose is to enable the membership of Kosovo and Serbia in the EU. However, there will be no long term prosperity as long as Kosovo does not deal with all its citizens in line with same laws, standards and procedures towards the normalization of relations between Albanians and Serbs”, the paper quotes Zbogar saying.

ZERI
Political analyst say the government reshuffle is nothing more than an attempt to shift the public attention from important developments which are ongoing, Zeri reports. The Kosovo daily says AKR is however insisting in the implementation of the agreement for coalition.
