The establishment of an association for Serbian municipalities, functionalizing of courts and police and the distraction of Serbian parallel structures in the north are expected to be part of a comprehensive transitional agreement, the paper writes. The agreement will be implemented, as Tribuna calls it, in the most problematic part of Kosovo.

More than 32 barges with flour imported by Serbia have been stopped at the border, Zeri reports. The loads are suspected for containing a high degree of heavy metals.

Micro-financial institutions continue [to work] with enormous interests. Express quotes a reports published by the Kosovo Central Bank, according to which, the average of interests used by those institutions is 22. 48%.
