The EU has confirmed that the north of Kosovo will be the main topic of discussion in the fifth round of the dialogue between Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci and his Serbian counterpart, Ivica Dacic.
The north, according to the daily, is officially the main problem in the political negotiations between both parties.

Talks on the north of Kosovo cannot be solved today or tomorrow. The achievement of an agreement for dismantling Serbian parallel structures in the north may take weeks if not months”, Bekim Collaku, political advisor of the Kosovo Prime Minister says in an interview given to the paper.
