Tough discussions on the north to be opened; No extra privileges for the Serbs; A study but no army in June
The EU has confirmed that the north of Kosovo will be the main topic of discussion in the fifth round of the dialogue between Kosovo Prime Minister, Hashim Thaci and his Serbian counterpart, Ivica Dacic.
