In Pictures: Photo Contest Winners to Show Albania to World

Photos from Albania by amateurs photographers and published on Instagram will be filed in a catalogue by the Foreign Ministry and distributed to diplomats around the world.

'Colours of Albania' initiative supported by British Council Albania and Norwegian Embassy was finalized by a contest where Nëntor Oseku won the first place and ten other participants got the special prizes.

Their pictures will display in until the end of October in the Albanian National Historical Museum.

According to British Council, the initiative intends to present Albania’s image to the rest of the world by showing the true colours of society, cities and villages, coastline as well historical markets and fortresses.
