Denis Becirevic accused Sadik Ahmetovic of playing games with BiH. Food prices to get higher. West Nile virus threatens the region.
Deputy Parliament Speaker Denis Becirovic said he is not surprised that the Serb Democratic Party, founded by Radovan Karadzic, asked for his dismissal. He also said that it is sad that Sadik Ahmetovic, the Security Minister and a member of the Party of Democratic Action, SDA, said he would support his dismissal. Becirovic said that Ahmetovic is trying to make a 'market place stand' out of the country.
As Croatia is about to start with new taxes on import, Bosnia will have to pay its neighboring country tax for grain export. The prices of food will get higher due to that, Oslobodjenje daily reported.
Even though there was no case registered on the virus of West Nile in Bosnia, epidemiologists still warn that citizens should be careful. In Serbia, a 60-year-old died from a mosquito bite which gave her the strong virus. A nother 85-year-old died in Greece from a flue.
