Government is to sell 100 million euro worth of companies; Shell withdraws from Bosnia oil explorations, constitutional court debates Republika Srpska law on holidays.



According to the reform action plan, the Federation entity government plans in matter of three months, from October to December, to privatize at least five companies where the government is minority owner such as Bosnalijek, Energopetrol or Sarajevo tobacco factory.


One of the leading international companies for oil explorations and exploitation, Shell, is withdrawing from negotiations on oil exploitation in the Federation entity. The memorandum of understanding that expires in November could not be extended.


Bosnia and Herzegovina Constitutional Court will hold a public debate upon a demand of the Bosniak member of Presidency, Bakir Izetbegovic, challenging the constituency of the Law on holidays in Republika Srpska. Parties in RS stand the law is on their side.
