Former Defence Minister provided pension to his party colleague. Lagumdzija will leave after elections. Billion pipeline capacity if Federation joins RS.

Selmo Cikotic, former Defence Minister, provided illegal military pension of more than 800 euro to his successor and party colleague Muhamed Ibrahimovic. Cikotic signed a pension approval document to Ibrahimovic even thought he needed three more years of work. Cikotic also signed a severance pay of 3000 euro for him but the decision was annulled in 2011.

Zlatko Lagumdzija, Bosnian Foreign Minister will be dismissed after the local elections in October, but his dismissal will be offered on the Parliament's agenda on Thursday. By his dismissal the reconstruction of the government will begin, but political parties agreed not to have disputes or parliament sessions during the elections campaign.

Federation BiH said it was interested in joining the South Stream of pipelines which will go trough Republika Srpska. Its President Milorad Dodik signed for it with the Russian company Gazprom. Slobodan Puhalac, director of local gas company, said that if Federation joins the capacity of the pipeline will go from two to more than four billion cube meters of gas a year.
