Mysterious decision to erect a new bunker in Tirana prompts claims that the left-wing government feels nostalgic for Albania’s old dictator.

Now a new one is going up in the centre of Tirana, however, built at the behest of the left-wing government of Edi Rama.

The centre-right opposition Democratic Party is so angry about what it sees as Communist-era nostalgia that its supporters even attempted to remove by force over the last few days.
